Booking and Cancellation Policy
By making a reservation you commit to the following:
...you will appear to your massage appointment
...you will be punctual or if you are delayed you'll give us notice
...if you can not come, you cancel early enough
If you cannot comply with this simple rules, please don’t make a Reservation !
If your scheduling is difficult, only make a reservation when you are 100% sure to keep the appoinment. Otherwise make a short term call and ask for available time slots.
10 minutes after the time and without notice from you, we are allowed to serve another guest.
We accept cancellation at no cost up to 12 hours before the appointment. After that we charge the following procentage of the reserved service price:

Risks like illness, sickness, traffic problems and similar incidents are on your side.
