Terms for the purchase of vouchers and subscriptions

Tida Thai Massage is a brand of Thai Style GmbH.

2. Scope

These terms apply to vouchers and subscriptions you buy in our online shop shop.tida-thai-massage.ch or at the reception of our practices.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). The price shown when you complete your order applies. Any surcharges, for example a share of the online payment costs, are shown before you complete the order.

4. Order and payment

By completing your order you confirm that your details are correct and complete. The order is binding and can only be cancelled after confirmation with our consent.

Online you pay with the payment methods shown during checkout (for example TWINT, Visa or Mastercard). You confirm that you are entitled to use the chosen payment method.

5. Delivery

Vouchers and subscriptions bought online are sent as a PDF to the e-mail address you provide immediately after payment. We do not print them and do not send anything by post. You can print or forward the PDF yourself.

In our practices, vouchers are also available as a card with our voucher design.

If the e-mail does not arrive, contact us via the contact form or by phone and we will send the voucher again.

6. Validity and redemption

Validity, redemption, partial amounts, passing on vouchers and sharing subscriptions are described on the page Massage vouchers. That information forms part of these terms.

Vouchers and subscriptions at reduced prices are only valid on presentation of a valid ID at the visit.

Vouchers are only valid for the services described.

7. No refunds

Paid vouchers and subscriptions are not refunded, not even in part. Cash payment of the balance or exchange is not possible.

8. No resale, no liability for loss

Vouchers are intended for personal use or as a gift. Resale or any other commercial use is not permitted.

We do not replace vouchers that are lost, stolen or used without authorisation.

9. Misuse

We reserve the right to ask for additional information to confirm an order. If fraud is suspected, for example with someone else's card, we cancel the order, block the vouchers concerned and notify the authorities.

10. Data protection

We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy. To protect against misuse, technical data such as the IP address may be processed.

11. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
